A contemporary echo ofthe 18th-century vanity-table mirror that gives it its name, the Vanity MirrorCollection is GamFratesi’s second wall-mounted mirror design for GUBI. Thecollection comprises three variations – with one, two and three mirror panels, respectively.The design’s defining features are its warm walnut veneer and brass hinges.These allow the angle of the mirror to be adjusted, influencing the perspectiveit offers and the play of the light in the room. On the single-panel VanityMirror 1, the hinges permit a 15º rotation, whereas the 180º hinges on theVanity Mirror 2 and Vanity Mirror 3 allow the panels to fold flat on top of oneanother, covering the mirror when not in use.
